TO QUALIFY YOU MUST MEET HUD'S DEFINITION AND HOUSING AUTHORITY OCCUPANCY STANDARD GUIDELINES.
* All single applicants will be placed into an efficiency apartment unless there is a medical need for an accessible or one-bedroom unit. Such request must be verified by a professional and approved by the DuBois Housing Authority. Couples automatically qualify for a one-bedroom apartment.
AND MEET THE FOLLOWING INCOME GUIDELINES:
- Gross household incomes must not exceed the following amounts

* A screening process will also be conducted on all household members 18 and older to verify rental history, a thorough criminal check and references will be performed.
